A Lemurian crystal (also called a Lemurian seed crystal) is a type of quartz crystal associated with the mythical civilization of Lemuria. These crystals are said to contain high spiritual consciousness and knowledge, “programmed” by the Lemurians – a hypothetical ancient people said to have lived before Atlantis.
Lemurian crystals often have horizontal stripes or growth lines along one or more sides – these are the so-called “barcode” lines. They are natural points and are rarely cut or polished.
